Heather Wyatt

Founder and President

Heather is the proud mother of Aubreigh, whose heartbreaking loss to suicide has become the driving force behind Heather’s mission to reach other teens and provide vital resources to families facing similar challenges. With over 10 years of experience as a former educator, Heather has a deep understanding of the pressures young people face today. She also holds a master’s degree in leadership, which equips her with a comprehensive skill set in strategic planning, organizational management, and team development. Heather’s education and professional experience provide her with the expertise needed to guide the foundation with great insight and compassion. Her passion for helping others, combined with her knowledge, fuels her commitment to making a lasting impact in the lives of teens and families. Heather’s goal is to offer support, raise awareness, and create a safe space where no one feels alone in their struggle.

Kassi Robinson

Board Member

Kassi brings 15 years of executive experience from Fortune 500 companies, where she led strategic initiatives across the United States and managed large teams with a focus on driving success. She is excited to utilize her skillset in a nonprofit that she is passionate about, her proven leadership skills and business acumen equip her with the expertise needed to guide organizations effectively. Kassi was also deeply close to Aubreigh and cherished her dearly, which fuels her passion for making a difference in Aubreigh’s honor.

Carrie Severson

Board Member

Carrie Severson comes to our board with a deep understanding of non-profit work. As a woman who built a non-profit from the ground up, she knows what it takes to sustain momentum as a young organization. She ran a bullying solutions organization for girls for a decade called Severson Sisters, which had instant recognition and success.  

She closed the organization in 2018 when she felt called back to her storytelling work. She is an author and keynote speaker in the burnout recovery space.
